 XTREME Split level; Originally designed as a company Display model. Our Split level cabin starts as our Standard 16 row cabin with 5/12 pitch roof, then transisions to an XTREME 19 row with 12/12 pitch roof, assembled on site.

We custom build and deliver, ONLY.

We DO NOT prepare your site.

Once cabin is set, gable reassembly begins

4" X 8" Ridge beam is installed and attached

 4" X 6" rafters are attched to the ridge beam & side walls

 2" Pine t & g roof sheathing is nailed and gable ends trimmed

 36" ice shield perimeter, vapor barrier and 40 Year Painted Tin roof completion

Custom L shaped wrap around kitchenette, with corner bathroom

 Custom built in Queen over King bunk bed, with roll out drawer beneath, end table & walk in closet
