 10' X 20' Hunter,Standard with a 4' X 10' porch/loft & 16' X 10' interior, if you would like a 20' interior and a 6' porch, you would order a 10' X 26' Hunter

Standard features:

• 4" X 6" treated runners (this allows the cabin to be moved, check with your local building department for tax concerns, could be considered "Temporary move-able sheds" and sometimes may not be taxed)
• Solid 2" Pine tongue & groove flooring
• Solid 4" x 6" Pine D Log walls, 16 rows on the Hunter, all Butt & Pass corners hand fitted
• Solid Pine 4"x 8" one piece ridge beam
• Solid 1" Pine tongue & groove roof sheathing, 15# felt, and CertainTeed Landmark Premium Designer architectural 30 year shingles (your choice of 12 colors or order the optional 40 year Painted Tin roof, also 12 colors to choose from)
• 3 aluminum windows with screens
• interior windows, door, ladder rungs and loft railing trimmed in rich Aromatic Eastern Red Cedar
• exterior trimmed in rough Pine
• 4' porch with small overhead loft, includes railing and ladder (you may order a longer porch / loft or no porch, at no additional cost)
•  2 coats of Premium Sikkens Cetol 1 stain and a finish coat of Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus with optional NBS-30 insect repellant
