This cabin will sleep eight; two in the in queen, two in the king, two in the loft & two more on a day bed / pullout or futon

This cabin was custom designed & built for a wonderful couple in South Dakota. Delivered to their 80 acre recreational property located close to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. These clients will be able to enjoy their Million Dollar views from their very own custom designed Trophy Amish Cabin.

This Custom Cottage cabin was ordered with the following options & upgrades.

OPTIONAL: All Season enclosed screened in porch with Deluxe corner Butt & Pass detail, extra 2" Super Duty entry door, screen door, built in queen over king bunk bed, roll out drawers, rear 12' X 8' (96 s/f) loft with bathroom wall / door, storage shelf, shower, kitchen cabinetry with wrap around premium Cedar / Maple Butcher Block counter tops, built in book shelves, 2" roof upgrade, Cedar rafters, tie beams, window sills, Danish oiled interior, Teak stained and clear coated 2" X 6" .60 Treated t&g floor, NBS-30 insect repellent, 36" Ice shield perimeter and rough basic wiring.

STANDARD CHOICE OF: 40 YR Painted Tin roof or 30 YR architectural designer high resolution shingles

As soon as the cabin left the shop, it rained for 3 days straight. Yes, it was a MUDDY MESS, thank GOD for the friendly neighbor with a Loader!

We will deliver your cabin to your property; you know your property and should be aware of any issues of driving to the cabin site you selected.

It is your responsibility to have a 4X4 tractor or heavy equipment (Back Hoe, Dozer, etc) on stand-by in case we get stuck.

Once we spin the tires, we're stuck!

You are responsible to get us to your prepared delivery pad & back to the main road.

The smell of the wood burning stove & preserves is making my mouth water. Can't wait for that pie! Surely it's okay to dip a finger in for a quick taste

Fresh berries picked on the property, cooked on the porch stove, canned and then baked into a pie. WOW, some very lucky man found and married a Goddess!

Outdoors is the place to be. Enjoying the clean crisp air, beautiful scenery, quite evenings listening to the birds, crickets and crackling campfire; staring at the Stars & Moon in amazement.

Might even see a Comet or Shooting Star or gaze in surreal amazement of the Great Northern Lights.

Those are the memories everyone will remember and the reason you won't want to return to your house.
