Promotion available on both Hunter & Lodge styles Promotion cabins come standard with 3 windows, Amish wood door, Tin roof & your choice of exterior stain color. Each Promotion cabin is custom built as are all Trophy Amish Cabins. You may draw your own layout, specifying window & door placement.

Basic rough wiring is available as an option (3 outlet terminations with 12-2 wire & a 14-3 from the entry door to the ceiling fan bracket exiting the center of the ridge beam.

Cabins come STANDARD with 1" Eastern White pine t&g roof sheathing, 2" X 6" Pine rafters and 4" X 8" solid Eastern White pine ridge beam and cedar gable vent. Roof extends 18" past gable ends.

A Standard 10' X 16' Promotion cabin ships at 11'10" wide X 19' long.

Optional; 2" roof upgrade with 4" X 6" aromatic Eastern Red Cedar rafters & tie beams (this upgrade extends the gable overhang to 24" form 18"; cabin roof would be lengthened by 1' to 20' on the 10' X 16' Promotion), corner shelf & cabinet shown

SITE PREP; unless your local building department has regulations or requirements; we recommend you build a gravel pad 2" to 4" high, level & compacted at least 50% larger than the cabin size ordered. This will result in a 6' gravel approach next to the porch and 3' of gravel around the perimeter of the cabin. This will ensure that rain running off the roof does not splash mud & dirt onto your beautiful cabin, less maintenance
